Early Service Coordination
This service is available to all children, 0-21, who
have a Medicaid card and a disability.  Our service
coordinators work closely with the family, schools
and community advocating for goods and services.  
Service coordinators can do as much or as little for
a family as the family wants.  Service coordination
is the MOST important service when accessing any
types of Medicaid and non-Medicaid services.  
Service coordination helps to ensure that clients
receive the best possible services and is assisted in
navigating the system of services.
